Get to know Jeremy and hear his advice for other small business owners in his Q&A!

  1. When did you start your business/ year started? Started in the back of my previous employer in 2018. Went full time in 2020.

  2. Why did you decide to start your business? Wanted to make sure people could do everything in one place instead of having to go to different shops.

  3. What is your favorite memory in the business? So many to choose from but, we helped a customer fix his truck up for his son who was turning 16.  He surprised him at the party after we installed a lift, wheels, and tires.  The customer sent me the video of his son seeing the truck for the first time and them hugging each other.  I was so happy to be included in the build.

  4. What is the most rewarding part of running a small business? Building something bigger than yourself.

  5. What is the hardest part of running a small business? Getting started.

  6. How does the business get to positively impact your community? We have done several things such as fund raising and giving back through sponsorships.

  7. What makes you different from your competition?  What we are willing to do to satisfy our customers.

  8. Best tips for others in business? Relentlessly search for ways to advance your customers' experience. Choosing your spouse not only has the biggest impact on your life as a whole but having a solid home life allows you to focus more on your career.

  9. What’s something you wish someone had told you or that you wish you had learned earlier? That you can do anything when you put your whole heart into it and are willing to do what it takes. I heard that but didn't believe that until much later in life. Next is to understand the importance of goal setting and looking/updating them regularly.

  10. How has/did the SBDC help you in your business venture? They put on a class called profit soup.  It taught me how to read a p&l, balance sheets, and an action plan on the information they give.

  11. What’s a food you could eat forever? Orange Tic Tacs.
