Since she was a young girl, Delma Ibarra knew it was in her plans to one day own her own restaurant. After being an educator for over 20 years, she felt God kept leading her to the building that would one day become Bison Café. On September 18, 2018, Delma and her husband, Rudy, opened their doors in Quitaque, TX. Their café focuses on offering gourmet burgers and sandwiches, hand battered entrees, and they even have a gift shop filled with Christian décor to inspire and encourage others, as Delma would say.

 

Delma and Rudy love what they do, and are incredibly grateful for their employees for sharing the same dream as them, their community who supports them, and the SBDC for answering their questions as they started their business.
